ABI 20 – General Conditions for Industrial Consulting Assignments, Amendment to ABK

The Standard Agreement ABI is intended for use in industrial assignments relating to process development. ABI is applied in conjunction with the construction and civil engineering sector’s standard agreement ABK 09. By using ABI, ABK 09 shall likewise apply to the assignment through a reference incorporated in the contractual text.
