ABP 23 – General Conditions for Consulting Assignments in Product Development

The Standard Agreement ABP is intended for use in connection with industrial consultancy assignments primarily concerning product development, under which the Consultant shall deliver a specified result to the Client. ABP may be applied where the Consultant is engaged to deliver, for example, a product, a prototype, design drawings, or similar deliverables. The General Conditions also provides for an iterative working method, including review milestones and partial deliveries of the agreed results for testing by the Client.
