ABPR 20 – General Conditions for Consulting Assignments in Production Development

The Standard Agreement ABPR is intended to be used for industrial consultancy assignments primarily concerning production development, and the consultant shall deliver a specified result to the client in the form of a document, such as a report or a production plan. The result may pertain to all or parts of a production line. The General Conditions also provides for an iterative working method, including review milestones and partial deliveries of the agreed results for testing by the Client.
